✅ Eligibility Requirements

Active Duty

  • 90 continuous days of active service
  • Valid Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
  • Sufficient remaining entitlement

Veterans

  • 90 days wartime or 181 days peacetime service
  • Honorable or general discharge
  • COE from VA or lender

National Guard / Reserves

  • 6 years of service, OR
  • 90 days active duty under Title 10
  • Honorable discharge or still serving

Surviving Spouses

  • Unremarried spouse of veteran who died in service
  • Or died from service-connected disability
  • May also qualify if veteran is MIA/POW

The VA requires an appraisal by a VA-approved appraiser to confirm the home meets Minimum Property Requirements (MPRs).
